Add ignores and ignore rates to API

You can currently pull accept and reject volumes, and their accept and reject rates, but not ignore volumes and ignore rates. Similarly, add rejects to the export, as that only shows accept and reject as well. Currently the only way to report on rejects is manually through the UI.

We use the Open API (/api/open/v1/consents) for weekly/monthly reporting. To compute Ignore and Ignore rate like in your dashboard (User choices & banner displays), we need the daily banner shown / impressions count by banner ID.
Could you enable or document an endpoint that returns, per day and banner: shown (or requests/impressions), accepted, rejected?
Examples we tried that 404 on our account: /api/open/v1/statistics, /actions, /analytics, /banners/statistics.
