pagespeed.web.dev lowers my score because of cookie-script

This is a super simple request. When I implement and run cookie-script, pagespeed.dev.web (Google's industry standard website performance testing tool) penalizes me because of some very tiny mistakes by cookie-script. These are super easy to solve.
- Make sure that "POWERED BY COOKIE SCRIPT" has more padding on all sides and that padding is clickable. This will improve accessibility score of all websites that use cookie script. This is basically a UI fix. Everything is so crammed. See screenshot.
- Use >= 12pt for text. I do not have a screenshot for this but Cookie Script uses 11 pt which is below the accessibility cutoff of 12pt. This also lowers my score.
