Option to change order of save all / decline all in the banner

Only the cookie declaration has an option to reorder the buttons.
The banner should have the same option.
The action we try to nudge the visitors into making, is accept the cookies. lacing it on the left side makes this counter intuitive to the user and thus results in far more declines than it should.
