More Direct and Intuitive Cookie Banner Edit Settings

The current Edit sections under /item/edit/ are kind of difficult to work with since to view any change you want to apply to the banner you have to "Save & Preview" and wait for the banner to load and so on.
The ideal would be a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor for the design of the banner
and a more intuitive and descriptive section for Behavior Settings

Dashboard is now updated to preview banner live while making adjustments
