In order to fully support unique language and country codes using the same language, it would be very nice to be able to duplicate an existing translation to a new custom language.

For instance Germany uses the subfolder structure /de-de/

Austria uses /de-at/

But it could also be useful for multilingual countries like Belgium where both French and Dutch are available through /nl-be/ and /fr-be/
