csv export of cookie scan info

PDF is quite difficult to work with. I'd also like more info:
- data cookie first seen
- date cookie last seen
- page first seen on
An ability to upload an edited file would also be helpful
In addition a csv of sites pages with the numbers of cookies seen on each page and any pages that attempted to scan but couldn't
